Experience an unforgettable fishing adventure on a houseboat to the mouth of the Commewijne River and the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy the breathtaking natural surroundings whilst spotting birds such as gulls, gannets and pelicans, and regularly spotting dolphins. Fish at various hotspots between Braamspunt and Nieuw Amsterdam from the boat, using fresh bait from local fishermen if required. Program
Day 1
The day begins at 08:00 with your departure from Leonsberg on a tent boat to the mouth of the Commewijne River and the Atlantic Ocean. During the cruise, you can enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings and go birdwatching, with dolphins frequently spotted. You’ll be fishing at various hotspots between the mouth of the Suriname River at Braamspunt and the mouth of the Commewijne River at Nieuw Amsterdam. Fishing takes place from the boat, and fresh bait is collected from local fishermen as required. Throughout the trip, you’ll benefit from our maximum catch guarantee and can relax and enjoy this unique fishing adventure. After 6 to 9 hours, you’ll return with unforgettable memories of a day full of fishing fun.
