How do I book a trip with you?

You can view our tours and tours on our website and send a booking request via the button on each trip.

What is the difference between a tour and a tour?

A tour is a one-day or multi-day trip to 1 or 2 destinations. A tour is a fully arranged trip to multiple destinations, including the flight to Suriname.

Why can't I pay immediately on the website?

We want to be sure that the trip can be carried out depending on the number of participants. That is why we wait until your request has been confirmed.

How can I pay?

You can pay via Ideal, Credit Card, Apple & Android Pay or bank transfer after your trip confirmation has been received by email.

Can I cancel a trip?

As long as you have not yet paid, you can contact us to cancel a requested tour. If you have already paid, please contact us for further questions.

How do I know if a trip is guaranteed?

Your participation is confirmed after you have received a trip confirmation with a payment link and your (down) payment has been made.
