  • Development platform: The app was developed via the app development platform Adalo and uses Airtable as a database. Data is stored and secured with the app's hosting, Adalo and Airtable.
  • Security measures:
    • Adalo: Adalo uses industry-leading encryption for data in transit and at rest, and has added additional layers of security for some highly sensitive data such as credit cards (Stripe) and passwords (bcrypt). More information about this can be found on their website security page.
    • Airtable: Airtable has achieved the following certifications to demonstrate their commitment to protecting your data: SOC 2 Type 2, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27701. 4. Data Access, Collection, Use and Sharing:

  • Data collection: The Suriname App does not collect sensitive personal data from users. However, the following data is sent to Adalo's servers for development purposes to make the app work properly:
    • Identifiers > User ID: Adalo uses User ID for app functionality and is linked to the user's identity. User ID is NOT used for tracking purposes.
    • Usage Data > Product Interaction: Adalo uses product interaction data for analytical purposes, and this data is linked to the user's identity. Product interaction data is NOT used for tracking purposes.
    • Diagnostics > Other Diagnostic Data: Adalo uses other diagnostic data for analytical purposes, and this data is NOT linked to the user's identity. Other diagnostic data is NOT used for tracking purposes.
  • Use of Data: Adalo collects data solely to provide app functionality and to help us improve our products. This data is never used for tracking or advertising and is not rented, sold or provided to advertisers.
  • Future Data Collection: If account registration or additional data collection features are implemented in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
  • Technical data: Any data tracked is for development purposes only, collecting technical data without linking it to individual users.
