Travel conditions

General provisions

• The absence of travel conditions on this form can only be attributed to All Suriname Tours.
• All trips are subject to availability and possible changes in rates. All Suriname Tours is not liable for consequences arising from materials and services provided by third parties, nor for failed travel and accident insurance.
• After booking and confirming the trip you will receive an invoice with relevant information. A deposit of 25% must be paid promptly upon receipt of confirmation.
• For last-minute bookings (departure within a week), the full amount must be paid immediately after confirmation.
• The duration of the trip is indicated in whole days, with departure and arrival days counting as full days.
• The traveler must have the necessary proof of vaccinations upon departure and during the trip. All Suriname Tours is not liable for any consequences of failing to take vaccinations prior to the trip to Suriname.
• For 'all-inclusive' travel, the customer is entitled to one (1) place to sleep per person.
• Published rates are based on a cabana or cabin, with sleeping accommodations for multiple people. This means that customers who paid the stated rate may have to share the cabana or cabin with others. Please note: this condition only applies to Jungle tours where only group accommodations are available.
• The traveler cannot hold All Suriname Tours liable for damage caused by limited transport facilities, means of communication and medical assistance.
• Travelers must obtain appropriate travel, accident and cancellation insurance at their own expense.
• All Suriname Tours reserves the right to make changes to the travel program in the event of force majeure, unforeseen circumstances or for safety reasons.

Cancellations

If you cancel your trip (one-day and multi-day tours), the following costs apply:

• If a tour is canceled between 10 and 15 days before departure (departure day not included), a compensation of 5% of the travel price applies.
• If you cancel between 5 and 9 days before departure, 25% of the travel price must be paid.
• For cancellations less than 3 days before departure, the full travel sum is due.

Different cancellation costs apply for complete tours:

• If you cancel up to 42 days before departure, a compensation of 25% of the travel price applies.
• Between 7 and 42 days before departure, a reimbursement of 90% of the travel price applies.
• If you cancel less than 7 days before departure, the full travel sum must be paid.
