Travel conditions

1. General Provisions

  1. Completeness: The absence of travel conditions on this form is solely the fault of All Suriname Tours.
  2. Availability and rates: All trips are subject to availability and subject to fare changes.
  3. Third-party liability: All Suriname Tours is not liable for any consequences arising from materials or services provided by third parties, nor for the failure of travel and accident insurance companies to fulfil their obligations.
  4. Payment: After booking and confirmation, you will receive an invoice with relevant information. A deposit of 25% must be paid immediately after receiving confirmation.
  5. Last-minute bookings: For bookings for departure within one week, the full amount must be paid immediately after confirmation.
  6. Travel time: The duration of the trip is expressed in whole days; departure and arrival days each count as a full day.
  7. Health: The traveller must be in possession of the required proof of vaccinations/vaccinations upon departure and during the trip. All Suriname Tours is not liable for consequences of failure to obtain mandatory vaccinations prior to travel to Suriname.
  8. Physical fitness and jungle risks: The customer declares to be physically able to participate in the tour. The customer accepts that jungle tours involve inherent risks (wildlife, weather conditions, isolation) and that standard regular facilities are not always available.
  9. Accommodation:
    1. In β€˜all-inclusive’ trips, the customer is entitled to one sleeping place per person.
    2. Published rates are based on a cabana or cabin with sleeping accommodation for several people. Customers paying this rate may have to share accommodation with others. Please note that this condition applies only to Jungle tours where only group accommodation is available.
  10. Infrastructure: The traveller cannot hold All Suriname Tours liable for damage caused by limited transport facilities, means of communication or medical assistance.
  11. Conduct and sanctions: All Suriname Tours reserves the right to refuse participation or remove a traveller from the tour for dangerous behaviour, disregard of safety instructions or nuisance, without entitlement to a refund.
  12. Insurance: Travellers should take out appropriate travel, accident and cancellation insurance at their own expense.
  13. Programme changes and force majeure: All Suriname Tours reserves the right to change the itinerary in case of force majeure, unforeseen circumstances or for safety reasons. In any case, force majeure includes extreme weather conditions, natural violence, political unrest, strikes, and technical defects in means of transport that could not be prevented despite careful maintenance.
  14. Complaints procedure: Complaints should be reported directly to the guide or organisation on the spot to enable resolution. Written complaints must be submitted within 14 days of the end of the trip via info@allsurinametours.com.
  15. Privacy: Personal data is processed solely for the performance of the travel contract and in accordance with applicable privacy legislation, in line with our Privacy Policy.

2. Cancellation conditions

A. One-day and multi-day tours

In case of cancellation, the following charges apply:

  • 10 to 15 days before departure (departure day not included): 5% of the fare.
  • 4 to 9 days before departure: 25% of the fare.
  • Less than 3 days before departure: 100% of the travel price (full amount due).

    B. Full tours

    Different cancellation fees apply for full round trips:

    • Up to 42 days before departure: 25% of the fare.
    • 7 to 42 days before departure: 90% of the fare.
    • Less than 7 days before departure: 100% of the travel price (full amount due).
