Starting with exploring the tranquil surroundings of Witagron, where refreshing dives into the rapids at the Raleigh Falls await, surrounded by lush nature. Program
Day 1
Day 1 starts with your departure from Paramaribo to the picturesque village of Witagron. There we board traditional canoes, the local boats, and sail towards the Raleigh Falls. Once you arrive at our accommodation, you can relax amidst the lush nature, take a refreshing dip in the rapids or simply enjoy the serene surroundings.
Day 2
The next day a fascinating program awaits you, with the highlight being the climb of the 240 meter high Voltzberg. Our expert guides will lead you on an 8-hour trek through the lush rainforest, guiding and informing you about the diverse flora and fauna. The climb offers breathtaking views, while you may encounter various animals along the way. Enjoy a pre-prepared lunch along the way and end the day with a refreshing stop at the Anjoemaraval.
Day 3
On day 3 the enchanting jungle path to the Mother Falls is on the program. A short five-minute canoe ride will take you there. The Mother Falls, the largest rapids in the Coppename River, are truly impressive. After this visit we return to Paramaribo, enjoying lunch along the way.
